Every order made by a customer entails the explicit acceptance of the general conditions described below.
Products and order process
Every order will be confirmed by email.
We will provide the products as long as they are in stock. If some products are temporarily unavailable, we will let the customer know about the expected delay by email.
If any product is unavailable and Sucre Glace is not able to provide alternative products of similar quality and price, the purchase cost will be refunded to the customer.
Products range displayed on the website may vary depending on their availability at manufacturers’.
All products are shipped from our premises in France.
Sucre Glace shall not be responsible for any misplaced parcel due to an incorrect address or a defective delivery by the transportation company.
Prices and payment
All prices are in Euro including tax. Delivery fees are not included in the price list but are clearly mentionned before you finalized your order.
We accept Mastercard and Visa cards. All credit card transactions are processed securely : none of your credit card information will be recorded by Sucre Glace.

Taxes are due in France as Sucre Glace can only deliver whithin European countries.
Shipping and delivery
Produts are shipped to European countries (excluding French Dom-Tom) . Orders are packed and dispatched in maximum two working days. We aim at having the parcels delivered in 8 working days maximum.
Nevertheless, Sucre Glace cannot be responsible for any delay in the country of residence of the customer.

Other
In case your products might be damaged during transportation, Sucre Glace will ask the customer some pictures in order to replace the items whenever possible.
