Packing
All Sucre Glace items are packed with much care for they are fragile.
A first wrapping makes sure to enhance the appearance of the product whereas a second packaging protects it all along the transportation process.
We gather products into thick and solid cartons for delivery.

Nevertheless, all parcels are delivered at your own risks.
Shipping to private customers
Sucre Glace products can be delivered all over European Union, Switzerland and Norway by Post Office. We aim to deliver all European countries within 8 working days. However, for some special reason, deliveries may take longer. If you have not received your delivery within 12 working days, please contact our customer service.
UE, Switzerland and Norway
Up to 199€ of purchase value , delivery fees are set at 12,00€ tax included
Beyond 200€ , you will be offered a free delivery.
We do not deliver outside France and Europe.
For any order exceeding 20kg, please contact ou Customer Service at serviceclient@sucreglace.fr.
We shall appoint another carrier and propose you an alternative quotation for transportation.
